BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at Part of lot 9, Corrective Plat, Hamill Road Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 48, page 18, ROHC; being part of the property described in deed book 3833, page 558, ROHC. Said part of lot begins on the southeast line of Hamill Road some 254 feet northeast of the intersection of the southeast line of Hamill Road with the northeast line of Strawberry Lane (if extended), said point being the northwest corner of lot 6, said subdivision, thence northeast some 38.5 feet with Hamill Road, thence southeast some 20 feet to a point 25 feet northeast (if measured at a right angle) of the northeast line of said lot 6, thence southeast some 202 feet parallel to the northeast line of lot 6, thence northeast some 67.75 feet to a point in the southwest line of lot 4, Hamill Road Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 14, page 149, ROHC, thence southeast some 95 feet with the 0C southwest line of said lot 4 to the southeast corner thereof, thence northeast 49.48 feet with the southeast line of lot 4 to the northeast corner thereof, being the southwest corner of lot 10, said Hamill Road Subdivision, thence southeast 200 feet with the southwest line of said lot 10 to the southeast corner thereof, said point being in the northwest line of a 30 foot wide unopened road right-of-way, thence southwest 398.72 feet with said road right-of-way, and said line extended, to the southeast corner of lot 9, said Corrective Plat, Hamill Road Subdivision, thence northwest 399.71 feet with the southwest line of said lot 9 to the southwest corner thereof, said point being the southeast corner of lot 8, said Corrective Plat, thence northeast 155 feet with the southeast line of said lot 8 to a point in the southwest line of lot 6, said Corrective Plat, thence southeast 23.94 feet with the southwest line of said lot 6 to the southeast corner thereof, thence northeast 121.15 feet with the southeast line of lot 6 to the northeast corner thereof, thence northwest 232.41 feet with the northeast line of lot 6 to the southeast line of Hamill Road, the point of beginning. Office use only. 2. A sight-obscuring screen along R-1 property. 3. Approval of access by City Traffic Engineer. 4. All existing easements are retained. 0C SECTION 3.
